Weekly Mansion Nihonbashi

These conditions apply to Weekly Mansion and Flexstay properties.
Please read carefully before making a reservation.

Reservations

Pleae click on "Reservation" to check availability and room rates.
Please pay for your stay at check-in by credit card or in cash (Japanese yen).
The check-in date is based on local Japan time. Please be aware of time and date changes when traveling between countries and crossing the international dateline. We suggest you check your ticket to avoid problems on arrival.

Business hours and check in time vary by property. Please check the time listed on each individual page.
The front desk is closed after business hours.
Arrivals after business hours will be assisted by resident staff.
The instructions to enter the property after hours will be provided upon completion of reservation. Please be sure to read the "Booking Confirmation" email.
Be sure to bring a copy of the map, since precise directions are difficult to give on the phone.
Luggage can be stored at reception if guests arrive before their room is ready.
We kindly request that our guests make full payment upon check in.
Japanese law requires that a photocopy of passports or alien registration ID cards be made at check in for all non-Japanese guests.
Payment must be made by either credit card or in cash (Japanese yen).
Credit cards such as VISA, American Express, MasterCard and JCB are acceptable.

The properties do not offer a daily housekeeping or maid service.
With Daily Rate reservations, a towel and bathroom amenity set (including a Japanese robe) is placed in your room, and replacements can be obtained for free at the front desk.
For Weekly Rate and Monthly Rate reservations, at some properties a towel and bathroom amenity set (including a Japanese robe) is provided on the first night of your stay, with replacements available at the front desk for an additional charge.
Reception does not transfer outside telephone calls to your room. If you want family or friends to call you from outside, please tell them your room number after you check in. Your room number will be assigned upon check-in.

For Daily Rate reservations(1-6 nights): 24 hours prior to arrival date = 20% of 1 night at confirmed rate
Arrival Day = 80% of 1 night at confirmed rate
No Show = 100% of 1 night at confirmed rate
Early Check Out = notify by 10 am departure day (no charge).
For Weekly Rate and Monthly Rate reservations(7 nights or more): 15-30 days prior to arrival date = 1 night at confirmed rate
2-14 days prior to arrival date = 2 nights at confirmed rate
24 hrs prior to arrival date = 2 nights at confirmed rate
No Show = 3 nights at confirmed rate
Early Check Out = The room charge for the first 7 days is non-refundable. Please notify us at least 3 days prior to departure, otherwise the room charge for those 3 nights cannot be refunded.; * The cancellation policy also applies to reservation changes due to weather- or traffic-related delays or problems.
