Please read carefully before making a reservation.

Reservations

  • Pleae click on "Reservation" to check availability and room rates.
  • Please pay for your stay at check-in by credit card or in cash (Japanese yen).
  • The check-in date is based on local Japan time. Please be aware of time and date changes when traveling between countries and crossing the international dateline. We suggest you check your ticket to avoid any problems on arrival.

Check-in Procedures

  • Business hours and check in time vary by property. Please check the time listed on each individual page.
  • Be sure to bring a copy of the map, since precise directions are difficult to give on the phone.
  • Luggage can be stored at reception if guests arrive before their room is ready.
  • We kindly request that our guests make full payment upon check in.
  • Japanese law requires that a photocopy of passports or alien registration ID cards be made at check in for all non-Japanese guests.
  • Payment must be made by either credit card or in cash (Japanese yen).
  • Credit cards from VISA, American Express, MasterCard and JCB are accepted.

  • Check-out time is at 11am.
  • Please be sure not to leave any belongings in your room.

For Hotel-style Rooms

  • The room rates include daily housekeeping.
  • A towel and basic bathroom amenity set (including pajamas) is placed in your room, and can be replaced daily using the housekeeping service.
  • Other bathroom amenities such as shavers, shower caps, cotton wool, hairbrush, hair bands, and Q-Tips can be obtained free at the front desk.

For Apartment-style Rooms

The room rates include daily housekeeping.
A towel and basic bathroom amenity set (including pajamas) is placed in your room, and can be replaced daily using the housekeeping service.

[For Weekly Rate and Monthly Rate reservations]

The room rates include weekly housekeeping.
A towel and pajamas set is provided on the first night of your stay, and replacements will be provided once a week. Extra replacements are available upon request for an additional charge.

Other bathroom amenities such as shavers, shower caps, cotton wool, hairbrush, hair bands, and Q-Tips can be obtained free at the front desk.

Cancellation Policy

For Daily Rate reservations

24 hours prior to arrival date = 20% of 1 night at confirmed rate
Arrival Day = 80% of 1 night at confirmed rate
No Show = 100% of 1 night at confirmed rate
Early Check Out: notify the front desk by 10 am on departure day (no charge).

For Weekly Rate and Monthly Rate reservations

24 hours prior to arrival date = 20% of 1 night at confirmed rate
Arrival Day = 80% of 1 night at confirmed rate
No Show = 100% of 1 night at confirmed rate
Early Check Out =
You may be allowed to shorten your reservation to less than the minimum stay requirement, but the room rate charged will be calculated based on the standard rate for the days actually spent in the accommodation.
