• You can directly pay at the reception when signing the contract at the facility.
• We only accept credit card or in cash (Japanese yen).
• No deposit, key money, or security payment is required

• We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB, and American Express.

• The contract that you sign at the reception office of the facility must be signed from 2PM to 6PM. Please be aware that we may not be able to receive you outside of these hours.
  *After you have moved in, you have 24 hour access to your apartment.
• If you are going to be late to sign your contract, please contact the reservation center.
• When you sign the contract, we will need to photocopy identification documents of everyone who will be living in the apartment (driver's license, passport, etc.).
• If you have requested bedding, the bedding rental company will have your bedding ready for you in your apartment.

• You will pay for this cleaning fee when You sign the agreement.
• We will clean your apartment once every 3 months.

• If you cancel your reservation, we will charge a reservation cancellation fee of 21,000 yen (including tax).
• If you cancel your contract after signing it, we will charge you one month at the total rate.

• There is separate fees for the utilities(heat and electricity) .
