Your contract
- What kind of contract is it?
- The contract is a"Fixed-Term Lease Agreement". The contract will end at the end of the lease and cannot be renewed. If you would like to extend the contract period, you will have to sign another contract.
- How can I reserve an apartment?
- Please contact our reservation center online from this link ,or contact the reservation center 03-3434-3939 between 9:00 and 18:00.
- Do you need anything other than rent?
- In addition to rent, we charge a separate fee for the utilities(heat and electricity). For the details on the fee for the utilities, refer to the "INFO&RENT" page. You require no deposit, key money, or insurance fee. We charge 5,250 yen (including tax) for cleaning every 3 months.
- Can a woman rent an apartment by herself and have peace of mind about security?
- A woman can move into an apartment on her own and have peace of mind. The apartment building has a locked entrance requiring a security code. Each apartment is locked with a card key system. The facilities are complete with security cameras and an alarm system connected to a security company.
- Do we need a guarantor?
- No. When signing the contract, we will obtain copies of your identification (passport, Alien registration card, driver's license, etc.).
- Does the apartment have bedding (blankets, pillows etc.)?
- Please inquire about bedding when you make your reservation. We will arrange for a company to provide bedding if you do need bedding.
- What about the registration of residency cards?
- You can apply to be a resident. If you do so, however, please notify the authorities whenever you move out.
- How can we cancel a reservation or cancel a contract?
- If you cancel your reservation, we will charge a reservation cancellation fee of 21,000 yen (including tax). If you cancel your contract after signing it, we will charge one month's of the total monthly amount. If you cancel a 1-month lease contract, we will charge you for 1 month at the total rate, and you will not be reimbursed. When canceling a lease contract longer than 1 month, we will charge the total rate from the time you actually move out of the apartment to the end of the lease period for a maximum of 1 month.
- Is there a limit to the contract period?
- This is 1 to 6 months (where 1 month is 30 days). If you would like to extend your contract, and there are rooms available, you will have to sign another contract. In some cases you will not be able to sign another contract.
- What kind of documents do I need for the contract?
- We will need to photocopy identification documents of everyone who will be living in the apartment (driver's license, passport, etc.). We may decline signing a contract with you if you do not let us photocopy your identification documents.
- Can I pay by credit card?
- Yes. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club.
During your time with us
- I want to send my belongings beforehand. Is this possible?
- Yes. Please specify the delivery date for your belongings as the day before you move in, and write your name (the name of the person signing the contract) on the delivery form.
- Can you keep some of my belongings for me before/after moving in?
- We are able to keep items for a short time. Please inquire at the office.
- Can I bring in food and beverages?
- Yes. Please feel free to use the refrigerator in the apartment.
- Can I bring in pets?
- We apologize. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept pets. (However, seeing-eye dogs are allowed.)
- Are there any convenience stores or supermarkets nearby?
- All of our facilities are located conveniently close to train stations and to shopping. Each facility has a web page showing the closest convenience stores and supermarkets.
- Is there a curfew?
- We don't have a curfew, but we do lock the entrance to the apartment building. If you enter the security code, you have 24 hour access to your apartment.
Conveniences in the apartment/facility
- Can I cook in the apartment?
- Each apartment has a kitchenette. There are also kitchen utensils for you to use. Please inquire at the facility office for details.
- Does the apartment have an Internet connection?
- All apartments have an Internet connection. Each apartment has a LAN cable that you can use to connect your PC to the Internet. Some facilities rent PCs for your use.
- Where can I do laundry?
- Each facility has a coin-operated laundry( pay).
- Does the facility have a parking area?
- Some facilities do have parking, but the price depends on the facility. Some facilities have coin parking. For details, please refer to the "INFO&RENT" page.
